I am a licensed mechanical engineer with a decade of experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry. Over the years, I’ve honed a wide range of transferrable skills that are invaluable in real estate—especially when it comes to managing complex projects from start to finish. From developing project scopes to budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing construction, my experience ensures that every aspect is executed efficiently and successfully.

My passion for real estate has been a lifelong journey. I bought my first property just one year after graduating from university and have since acquired six properties, selling two and holding four. One of my proudest accomplishments is personally managing the conversion of a property into a legal up-down suite with a separate entrance.
